Lori Norris
Customer Service Manager
Lori Norris is our Customer Service Manager, bringing her services to our customers since 2001. She enjoys the friendships she has built with our customers over the years of phone conversations. Going on a 2 year empty nest with her daughter Allison attending college at Upper Iowa for Conservation Management, she spends the majority of her time with her husband Jim, doing all things outdoors. Her passion is Archery, where her and her husband apply their love and knowledge to coach their town school’s Archery teams. When not doing that, she’s all about baseball, rooting on her favorite team the Chicago Cubs.
Angela Patterson
Angela Patterson has been a part of the POG family since November 2016. She brings with her over 20 years experience in the service industry either in sales or customer service. She believes that customer satisfaction should be the main goal with our customers, and strives everyday to deliver. She enjoys the rapport she has built with our clientele, looks forward to learning and growing with them as well. Angela, outside of work is the mother of three very active children, that are her whole world. Angela in her downtime enjoys her family, reading, listening to music and baking.
Jill Provost
Jill Provost returned to Precision Optical Group in January 2019 after previously working at POG in 2017. Working in Customer Service is rewarding and she is proud to contribute to the level and quality of service that is provided to our Customers. Jill is married with 2 Daughters and is also a proud Grandma!
Ginger Squires
Ginger Squires has been a member of our Customer Service Department since 2007. She is married to husband, Mark, and together they have twin daughters – Denise and Diane. Ginger loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys quilting, reading, and is a huge Matt Kenseth NASCAR fan!
