Education

P.O.G. Labs realizes the importance of education and communication. Our lab is one of the very few to host an Education Department. We have educators that work internally, to keep employees informed on the latest technology and products, as well as externally, to provide in-office trainings and regional seminars to eyecare professionals. Our newest educational endeavor is providing online seminars - webinars. This allows us to reach a higher number of offices in a more timely fashion with product information, as well as staff training and practice management.

Online Ordering

P.O.G. Labs connects to an internet communication system that allows Eye Care Professionals to send orders via the internet from your office to our lab. It is easy to use and ensures accurate information is sent with each job. There are three online methods to choose from: our own direct ordering program, Eyefinity, and Vision Web.

Quality Assurance

P.O.G. Labs also has a separate department devoted exclusively to quality assurance. The Quality Assurance Department has the responsibility of establishing quality standards, training and certifying inspectors, auditing procedures, spot auditing jobs before shipping, reviewing returned jobs and issuing credits.

P.O.G. Labs is an authorized laboratory for 3 insurance providers including VSP (Vision Service Plan); VBA (Vision Benefits of America); and VCP (Vision Care Plan).

P.O.G. Lab Supplies and Optical Accessories

P.O.G. can provide you with all of your lab supply needs from finishing lab supplies to surfacing lab supplies. We also supply optical supplies such as cleaning cloths, eyeglass cases and nose pads. Safety

P.O.G. Labs can customize an industrial safety program to fit your needs. We offer the best safety frames from Titmus, OnGuard, and AO Safety. POG can set up a complete package program based on the needs of the manufacturer in your area with direct billing to them.
