Holly Ferber

Holly Ferber is our Customer Service Manager. Holly began her optical career in 1987 as an optometric technician for a local optometrist. She joined us in 2003, bringing with her a decade of continuing education and vast knowledge of the retail optical industry. Problem solving is one of Holly’s strongest assets, seeing problems as opportunities. Holly and husband Dan have three grown children and four grandchildren. Holly has boundless energy and spends her leisure time enjoying her family and tending to her hobbies, which include gardening, landscaping, and enjoying the outdoors. When she actually sits still, she enjoys writing and is in the process of self publishing two books, including a book of poetry.

Lori Norris

Lori Norris is a Senior Customer Service Representative and has been with us since 2001. She enjoys speaking to our many customers and the friendships that have developed out of simply taking orders, answering questions, and problem solving. The highlight of her day is when she can come through for someone and take care of the tasks at hand. Our customers appreciate Lori’s follow through, and that makes it all worthwhile for her. A self-described redneck, Lori loves anything to do with the great outdoors. She and husband Jim have a daughter, Allison. As a family, they spend leisure time bow hunting, shooting 3-D archery targets and running a 3-D range of their own.

Carlene Titus

Carlene Titus has been with P.O.G. Labs since 2000. After spending two and a half years in our Sales dept, Carlene has returned to her true love as a Customer Service Representative. She has developed a special rapport with our customers over the years and finds them interesting and fun to talk to. Carlene is a sister to co-owner Mike Tamerius. She enjoys singing for formal engagements and gives special performances for her church. Carlene is married with three children and her family is her priority. She especially loves spending time with grandson Ethan.

Connie Marxen

Connie Marxen has been a Customer Service Representative since 2006. Connie enjoys the opportunity to visit with customers nationwide. She and husband Rob have three children. In their spare time, they love to go camping and fishing, but mostly, they enjoy spending time with their two grandchildren. Connie also enjoys sewing and watching western movies.

Ginger Squires

Ginger Squires has been a member of our Customer Service Department since 2007. She is married to Mark and together have twin daughters, Denise and Diane. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys quilting and reading and is a huge Matt Kenseth fan of NASCAR.

Cyndie Sevier

Cyndie Sevier joined our Customer Service team in 2007. Prior to joining P.O.G. Labs Cyndie worked many years as a pharmacy technician. Cyndie really enjoys her job and talking to so many interesting people. She is married with three grown children. The highlight of her life is spoiling her grandson every chance she gets.
